​Noufel is an Amazigh (Kabyle) writer, performer and journalist from Kabylie (Algeria).​

In 2004, he played for the first time in The Voice of Truth, a personal play, and in 2005 Richard 3rd by Shakespeare both staged managed in the English Department of the University of Mouloud Mammeri of Tizi-Ouzou( Kabylia). He since 2004, became an English teacher (Oral Module) in the same department where he also supervised and stage managed several plays including: The Mask of Hiroshima by Ernest Ferlita (2007), Antigone by Sophocles (2008).​

He started writing his first novel Espoirs Déchus ( Deceived Hopes) published in 2008 by Sefraber (France) at the age of 17. In 2006, he published his first collection of poetry Pensées Pensantes (Thinking Thoughts).​

The French Cultural Center of Algiers awarded him during a poetry competition in 2007. And in 2009 another collection entitled: Algérie: Banquet des Nonchalances (Algeria: Banquet of Indolences) was published by Edilivre in France.

​

In 2009, he went to Spain where he lived almost two years. In Spain, he taught French and Arabic. He also used to host a literary program on the waves of Radio Numydia based on the USA​.

 

​After many difficulties in Spain, he applied for a residence amidst ICORN and went to live in Denmark.

Noufel participated in several collective and individual recitations in his country, Spain, France, Belgium, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Slovenia, Finland...
​
Noufel publishes many chronicles, articles and poetry on the web and Algerian newspapers. He now lives in Paris where he teaches Creative Writing and performs his monologue: Akka i d nekkni (This is us). 
​
Polyglot, he writes and performs in many languages including: Kabyle, Arabic (Both classical and Magrebi), French and English. He has recently won several international awards for his cinematic project called ALLEGORIA
